Promo Codes, Vouchers & Store Credit

Vouchers
- Issued 30 days after delivery or pickup, based on the final product subtotal after discounts, before tax and shipping.

- Can only be redeemed on furniture, accents, and décor.
- Not valid toward shipping, taxes or custom fees.
- Vouchers hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and are linked to the original account.
- If a voucher is applied to an order that is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the voucher is considered void and will not be reinstated.
- Any unused balance is void.
- If store credit, discounts, or post-purchase adjustments are applied, the voucher amount may be recalculated.
Missed Code or Voucher
- If a promo code or voucher was not applied at checkout, please notify us within 72 hours of placing your order.
- Codes cannot be applied after this window or to part(s) of an order.
Review & Photo Credits
- Credits will be applied within 3 business days of valid submission.
- Rove Concepts reserves the right to withhold credits that do not meet our content guidelines.
Shipping Journey
At Rove Concepts, we’re committed to delivering your order with care—smoothly, safely, and on time. From the moment you place your order to the final delivery, every step is designed for ease and reliability.
Orders ship in a single shipment, with an estimated timeline provided at checkout. Once your shipment reaches the local terminal, the carrier will reach out to you to schedule delivery. UPS or small parcel shipments follow tracking and may not be scheduled directly.
Please inspect the packaging on arrival and note any issues. Additional fees may apply for weekend delivery or changes after shipping begins. We’re unable to ship to PO boxes and are not liable for any delays.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please note that once your order is marked as Fulfilled in our system and the shipping confirmation email has been sent, we cannot guarantee any edits or cancellations to your order. At this stage, your order is in the carrier’s possession and modifications are typically not possible.

Processing Time

In-stock orders take approximately 1 business day to be submitted to our warehouse for processing, at which point you will receive an email notification. - Warehouse Processing
All orders are carefully prepared within 1–4 business days. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send tracking details straight to your inbox. - Pre-Orders & Custom Pieces
Pre-orders and custom orders, once the furniture arrives to our warehouse it will be unloaded, sorted and pass a quality inspection before being set up for shipment. This process would be conducted within the above estimated warehouse processing time of 1-4 business days.
Delivery Timeline
Once in transit, most deliveries—whether Standard or White Glove—arrive within 1–3 weeks, depending on your location. Once the carrier picks up the order from our warehouse, the tracking information will be emailed to you.
- Local Delivery
Customers with local delivery will be contacted to schedule delivery within 2-3 business days from when all stock arrives at the warehouse. From there, delivery will typically take place within 1-2 weeks.
Please inspect the packaging on arrival and note any issues. Additional fees may apply for weekend delivery or changes after shipping begins. We’re unable to ship to PO boxes.
Delivery Service Levels
We believe your furniture should arrive with the same care it’s crafted with. Choose the option that fits your space and schedule.
- Standard Delivery
Delivered to the first dry area, like a porch, garage, or building lobby. Assembly and unpacking are not included. A signature is required unless shipped via small parcel. - White Glove Delivery
Our most seamless option. Includes in-home delivery (up to one flight of stairs), light assembly, and removal of large packaging. Wall mounting and fixture installation are not included. Hold on to packaging if considering a return. - Warehouse Pickup
Prefer to pick up? Complimentary pickup is available from our California warehouse. We’ll notify you when your order is ready. Bring ID and help to load—our team cannot assist with loading. We recommend keeping your packaging if a return is needed.
Shipping Charges
At Rove Concepts, we believe in transparent pricing—no hidden fees, no inflated product costs. Shipping is calculated clearly, so you always know what you're paying for.
We offer flat-rate shipping on orders up to $5,000. For orders over $5,000, shipping is calculated as a percentage of your order product value:
- Order total up to $5,000:
— Standard: $159
— White Glove: $309
— Standard (Beyond Point): $329
— White Glove (Beyond Point): $479 - Order total over $5,000:
— Standard: 3% of order value
— White Glove: 6% of order value
— Standard (Beyond Point): $170 + 3% of order value
— White Glove (Beyond Point): $170 + 6% of order value
Beyond Point fees apply to areas our carriers classify as remote or difficult to access. Rates are shown at checkout based on your zip code.
Important Delivery Info
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has left our warehouse—this includes orders with damage or defects.
- Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico is not available.
- No changes can be made to the order once your order has shipped.
- Shipping is calculated based on the product subtotal before taxes and discounts.
- Upgrading to White Glove service after shipping begins may incur significant delays and additional charges. Availability varies by location.
- Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico at this time.
Additional carrier fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. These can include, but are not limited to:
- Missed or failed delivery attempts
- Weekend or evening delivery requests
- Re-delivery or storage fees
- Access challenges (e.g., narrow roads, islands, gated areas)
Access & Entry Requirements
Customers are responsible for confirming that all items will fit through doorways, elevators, hallways, and other access points prior to delivery. If a delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations, any redelivery, return, or storage fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Delay Delivery Requests
If you anticipate any scheduling conflicts, please contact us before placing your order. If your availability changes, let us know prior to shipment so we can help accommodate where possible.
Short-term storage may be arranged; daily fees apply.
To update your delivery method or recipient, written notice is required at least 5 business days before shipping.
If we’re unable to schedule delivery within 30 days, the order will be considered forfeited and any payments made will be non-refundable.
Custom Orders
Custom pieces are made exclusively for you. Full payment is required at checkout, along with a non-refundable $195 administration fee.
Lead times vary seasonally and are listed on your order confirmation. The current estimate is 14–20 weeks. If production exceeds 26 weeks, you may submit a cancellation request in writing. Approval is not guaranteed and is at Rove Concept's discretion.
Once production begins, the order is final sale and cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
Requests for changes before production will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Additional fees may apply if approved.
Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Claims for manufacturing defects or transit damage must be submitted within 3 days of pickup or receiving delivery, with supporting documentation.
If delivery is not accepted within 15 days, storage fees apply. If delivery is delayed more than 30 days, the order may be forfeited without refund.
Order Status
You can view your order details, receipts, and tracking updates anytime by logging into your Rove Concepts account. If you require assistance, please contact our team directly.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied based on the laws and regulations of the destination state. Rates are calculated at checkout and charged in accordance with applicable tax requirements.
Gift Cards
These terms and conditions apply to all gift cards issued by Rove Concepts ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to the following:
Redemption Policy
- Gift cards may only be redeemed for products sold at full Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
- Gift cards may only be redeemed for products sold at full Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
- Gift cards cannot be applied to any purchases that include discounts, member pricing, trade pricing, promotional pricing, or coupon codes.
- We reserve the right to determine MSRP based on our most current published price list.
- Gift cards may not be used in conjunction with member, trade, or other coupon codes/promotional offers.
Partial Redemptions
Partial redemptions are allowed. Any unused balance will remain on the gift card for future use, subject to these terms.
Complimentary & Promotional Gifts
From time to time, Rove Concepts may include a complimentary gift with qualifying purchases. The following terms apply:
- Gifts are available only during active promotions and subject to availability. Gifts cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
- Rove Concepts reserves the right to modify or end a promotional offer at any time without notice.
- If the qualifying purchase is returned, the gift must also be returned unused and in original packaging. If not returned, the gift’s value will be deducted from the refund.
- Promotional gifts are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty coverage.
- Claims for damaged or defective gifts must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, with photos and all required details. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
- Promotional bedsheets are sized for standard mattress dimensions that correspond with the bed frame purchased. Claims for fit issues with non-standard mattresses will not be approved.
- All claims are subject to review and approval at Rove Concepts sole discretion.
By accepting a promotional gift, you agree to these terms.
Payments
All orders placed with Rove Concepts are subject to the following payment terms:
- Full payment is required at checkout, including for pre-orders and custom items.
- Billing currency and taxes are determined by the shipping address, regardless of the billing location.
- Your payment method may be automatically charged for any outstanding amounts related to delivery, storage, or service fees. This may include missed deliveries, weekend surcharges, or extended warehousing.
- A 3% processing fee applies to any changes made to the payment method or charge amount after the transaction is completed.
- Discounts or promotional pricing may be applied within 24 hours of a promotion ending, or within 72 hours for price adjustments on recent orders.
- Refunds and adjustments are handled in accordance with Rove Concepts cancellation and return policies.
- Rove Concepts does not accept cheques with a billing address outside the US or Canada.
- Your credit card provider may charge additional fees for currency conversion or international transactions. Rove Concepts is not responsible for these charges.
- You will be notified prior to any additional charges being processed.
Product Availability & Pricing
At Rove Concepts, we aim to provide accurate product details and a seamless ordering experience. The following terms apply to all purchases:
- Product availability is not guaranteed. Rove Concepts reserves the right to update, discontinue, or withdraw any product at any time without notice—even after an order has been placed.
- Pricing, delivery rates, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
- Taxes are calculated based on the shipping address and applied in accordance with local regulations.
- While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, errors in pricing, product descriptions, or images may occur.
- Rove Concepts reserves the right to correct any errors, cancel or limit any order, and update order information as needed—including after an order has been submitted or confirmed.
- Customers will be notified of any changes before the order is processed.
- Rove Concepts is not liable for delays, cancellations, or product unavailability due to external circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions or carrier delays.
Return Policy
Your Rove Concepts piece is designed to feel right at home. If it’s not the right fit, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup. All returns must be pre-approved.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in original condition.
- Returns will not be accepted for products that show wear, damage, modification, or missing packaging.
- Custom orders, Final Sale items, and replacement parts are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Process

- Returns must be approved in writing before being shipped back.
- Items must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery or pickup.
- Refunds are issued after inspection and only if return conditions are met.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method; if unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once delivery services have been completed.
- Returns received late or without authorization may be refused.
Return Options
- Self-Arranged Return
If you are outside our fulfillment area, you will need to coordinate and book the return shipment independently using a carrier of your choice. All shipping arrangements, costs, and associated risks are the sole responsibility of the customer. - Assisted Return (Limited Availability)
If within our service area, we may coordinate curbside pickup only. A return fee equal to the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Additional services may incur added fees. Please contact us directly to confirm if you are in an Assisted Return area.
Damaged or Defective Items
At Rove Concepts, quality is our priority. If an item arrives with visible damage or a manufacturing defect, we offer clear steps to ensure it’s resolved promptly.
Inspection & Acceptance
- Please inspect all items at the time of delivery, even if they will be stored.
- If damage is found, accept delivery and clearly mark “damaged upon arrival” on the proof of delivery with the carrier.
- Take clear photos of the item, packaging, and the product label (underneath for upholstered pieces).
- If an item is structurally damaged and unusable, you may refuse the damaged part only. Please take images prior to refusing.
- Do not refuse undamaged items. Redelivery or storage fees may apply.
Submitting a Claim
- Email hello@roveconcepts.com with clear photos and a description of the issue within 3 days of delivery.
- Late or incomplete claims may not qualify for resolution.
Resolution Options
Rove Concepts will offer one of the following, based on availability and the nature of the issue:
- Replacement
- Discount
- Local repair reimbursement
Once confirmed, replacements cannot be canceled. Labor and shipping fees may apply.
Additional Terms
- Items not designated for outdoor use are not covered if used outdoors.
- If no resolution is accepted, returns may be requested under our return policy.
- If all options are declined or unavailable, a refund may be issued less shipping charges.
- Final Sale items are not returnable and are covered for 90 days under our limited warranty.
Cancellations
To request a cancellation, please email hello@roveconcepts.com. Cancellations must be approved and confirmed in writing. An order is not considered cancelled until you receive written confirmation from our team.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Cancellation - Unshipped
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if your cancellation request is received before your order is prepared for shipment.
Please note: Shipment preparation may begin within 24 hours of order placement. Early notice is strongly recommended.
Custom orders are not eligible for cancellation once production has started.
Cancellation - Shipped
If your order has already been prepared for shipment, it may still be cancelled. In this case, outbound and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Custom & final sale orders are non-cancellable at this stage
Cancellation - Delivery Completed
If your order has already been delivered, cancellation is no longer available. Please refer to our Return Policy for guidance on next steps.
Custom & final sale orders cannot be returned.
Cancellation - Custom Orders
Custom pieces are made exclusively for you. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
Vouchers
If your order included a voucher—whether applied or earned—it will be void upon cancellation and will not be reinstated. Any applicable voucher amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If that method is no longer available, we’ll issue store credit in the same amount. Once processed, timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery and in original, unused condition to qualify. Items returned beyond this window or not in acceptable condition are not eligible for refund.
The following are non-refundable:
- Shipping fees (Standard, Express, or White Glove)
- Custom, special order, and final sale orders.
- Polycarbonate and made-to-order pieces
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged and are sold as-is. These are covered under our limited warranty for 90 days from delivery.
Rove Concepts Limited Warranty
At Rove Concepts, we stand behind the lasting quality of our materials and craftsmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers eligible defects in residential, non-commercial use.
Warranty Coverage
- 5 years – Structural integrity of metal and solid wood frames
- 1 year – Stitching, buttons, adhesives, and other soft-part workmanship
- Outdoor frames – 3 years
- Outdoor soft parts – 1 year
- Electrical components – 90 days
- Final Sale items – 90 days
What We’ll Do
- Structural issues: replacement parts provided at no charge
- Soft-part concerns: reimbursement for approved local repair
This warranty does not extend to labor or shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
Repair requests must be approved in writing by Rove Concepts before work is performed. Rove Concepts is not responsible for the outcome of any third-party repairs.

- Natural materials (fabric, leather, marble, foam, etc.)
- Normal wear and tear, fading, stains, or weather exposure
- Damage due to misuse, improper care, or use beyond intended purpose
- Outdoor damage to items not specifically labeled for outdoor use
- Items removed from the continental U.S.
- Complimentary or promotional gifts
- Final Sale items beyond the limited 90-day coverage

Rove Concepts Commercial Warranty
Rove Concepts offers a limited warranty for pieces used in light commercial environments such as offices, cafés, and hospitality spaces.
Warranty Coverage
- Covers structural defects in metal or solid wood frames
- Valid for 1 year from the delivery date
- Applies to light commercial use only, defined as low-traffic, non-industrial settings (e.g., reception areas, hotel suites, private offices)
- Applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
What We’ll Do

- Soft-part concerns: reimbursement for approved local repair
This warranty does not extend to labor or shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

What isn’t covered?
Mulberry Protection is designed for residential use only and does not cover commercial settings. It excludes damage from natural disasters, misuse, neglect, or anything already covered under another active warranty or service plan.
How is Mulberry Protection different from the Rove Limited Warranty?
The Rove Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects. Mulberry Protection adds coverage for everyday accidents like stains, tears, and burns. For outdoor furniture, Mulberry also covers defects after the Rove Warranty ends.
Can I add Mulberry Protection after placing my order?
Yes — you can add Mulberry Accidental Damage Protection any time before your order is delivered.
What happens after I purchase Mulberry Protection?
You’ll receive a welcome email from Mulberry with your plan details and a link to activate your customer portal. From there, you can view coverage and file claims anytime.

When does my coverage begin?
Your Mulberry coverage begins on the date of delivery. Coverage for manufacturer defects starts once the Rove Limited Warranty ends.
Where is Mulberry Protection available?
Mulberry coverage is available across the United States and Canada, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
I tried to repair the product myself. Does that affect my coverage?
Yes. Attempting to repair the item yourself may void your Mulberry coverage. To stay protected, always file a claim with Mulberry as soon as an issue arises.
Can I renew my Mulberry Protection Plan?
No. Mulberry plans are available for 2, 3, or 5 years from the date of delivery and are not renewable.
